NAVIVA is a GPS-based support service that combines location awareness, optional alerts, and access to 24/7 monitoring — designed to support independence while making help available when it’s needed.

Do I have to use all the features?
No. You choose which features to use, including alerts and safe zones. NAVIVA is designed to work quietly in the background and adapt to your preferences.

Is there a contract?
No. NAVIVA is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time.

Who can see my information?
Only you — and anyone you choose to share access with. Your information is private, securely stored in Canada, and never sold.

How does 24/7 monitoring work?
If an alert is triggered, trained monitoring staff review it and respond. If needed, they can escalate to emergency dispatch. You can choose how alerts are handled.

What happens if I fall or need help?
NAVIVA includes fall detection and an SOS button. If an alert is triggered, monitoring staff can respond and escalate to emergency services if required.

Does NAVIVA work in the U.S.?
Yes. NAVIVA works in Canada and the U.S. A $10 roaming fee applies for up to 30 days of U.S. use.

What is the Beacon?
The Beacon is part of your NAVIVA setup and helps improve location precision inside the home, making it easier for responders to locate you if assistance is needed.

Is NAVIVA difficult to set up?
No. Step-by-step guidance is provided after purchase, and support is available if you have questions during setup or anytime after.

Can I cancel if it’s not right for me?
Yes. There’s no contract, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.
