Updating Your Account Information

Caregiving is dynamic. Phone numbers change. Helpers rotate. Needs evolve. NAVIVA™ makes it easy to keep everything up-to-date. 

Getting started

Inside your NAVIVA Subscriber Portal, you can:

  • Add or remove emergency contacts
  • Change phone numbers and emails
  • Update alert preferences
  • Modify safe zones
  • Adjust fall detection sensitivity
  • Add temporary caregivers

You’re in control at all times.

If your device is misplaced:

• Log in to view its current or last known location
• If the battery has died, you’ll still see its last report

If stolen:

• Remove the device from your account
• Add your replacement device when received
• Re-enter emergency contacts if needed

We’ll guide you through it.

To keep NAVIVA devices working at their best:

• Take it outdoors at least once a week
• Avoid extreme heat or cold
• Don’t leave it in a hot vehicle
• Remember: your NAVIVA device is water-resistant and can withstand submersion up to one meter (approximately 3.3 feet) for up to 30 minutes. However, we strongly recommend removing the device before any activities involving water.
