You’ll receive:

• Shipping details with tracking information
• A “Getting Started” email with:

• Charging instructions
• A simple setup guide
• How to create safe zones
• How to add family members or caregivers

By the time your device arrives, you’ll already know exactly what to do.
And if you ever need help, our support team is ready to walk you through it.

Before first use, fully charge your NAVIVA device.

Charging takes about one hour
A full charge typically lasts between 36 and 48 hours
