Location support, when it matters

NAVIVA uses GPS technology to help identify location when assistance is required. Through the NAVIVA digital platform, location information can be viewed and shared with trusted contacts based on chosen settings.

Personalized Alerts

Safe zones can be set for places or routes that are part of daily life. If a zone is exited, alerts can be shared according to chosen preferences — with the individual, selected contacts, or the monitoring centre. Safe zones remain flexible and can be adjusted, scheduled, or paused as plans evolve.

NAVIVA includes two-way, hands-free voice communication, enabling direct connection through the device when support is required — without the need to hold it or press repeatedly.

An integrated SOS button provides a quick way to connect with support in situations where assistance is needed or a safety concern arises.

NAVIVA devices are also equipped with automatic fall detection, helping ensure support is readily available when it matters most.

Support is Always Available

NAVIVA is supported by a 24/7 monitoring centre. Alerts are reviewed and responded to promptly, and if needed, escalated to emergency dispatch.
