If the monitoring centre is activated:

Specialists assess the situation
They communicate using two-way hands-free voice
They escalate to 9-1-1 if needed

You’re informed every step of the way.

If the SOS button is pressed:

An alert is triggered immediately
Monitoring staff can speak directly through the device
Emergency services are contacted if necessary

Updates are sent according to the monitoring preferences you’ve selected.
No silence. No uncertainty. 

If a fall is detected:

Alerts are sent automatically
The alert can be cancelled if it was accidental
If not cancelled, it’s escalated based on your chosen settings

If signal is temporarily lost:

A notification is sent
The portal shows the last known location
