Setting Up Alerts and Safe Zones

Everyone has routines. Familiar paths. Places that feel safe. NAVIVA™ allows those routines to be reflected digitally—so alerts can be triggered if something changes.

Getting started

A safe zone (or geofence) is an area you create on a map inside your NAVIVA portal.
It could be:
Home
A regular walking route
A care residence
A favourite café

If a safe zone is exited, notifications are sent according to the settings you’ve chosen.

Log into your NAVIVA Subscriber Portal
Select “Create Safe Zone”
Draw the area on the map
Save

That’s it. You can adjust or change safe zones as often as you need — because life isn’t static.

Needs change throughout the day.
NAVIVA allows you to:

Set different zones for day and night
Create temporary zones for appointments
Adjust settings for travel or holidays

You’re always in control.

Choose how you want to be notified:

Text message
Email
Or both

You can:
Add multiple family members
Include professional caregivers
Send alerts directly to the 24/7 monitoring centre
Add temporary contacts when someone else is helping

Everyone who needs to know — knows.

NAVIVA devices include:

Automatic fall detection
A one-touch SOS button

If a fall is detected, an alert is sent immediately.
If the SOS button is pressed, support is activated right away.
False alarm? The alert can be cancelled before it is escalated.

Because safety should feel reassuring — not disruptive.

What can we help with?

Support that doesn’t stop after checkout.

After purchase, you’ll receive clear setup instructions and guidance, and we’ll reach out to book a follow-up phone check-in about a week after you receive NAVIVA.
If questions come up later — weeks or months down the road — our team is still here to help.
